I do believe that each of us has a good heart inside but just only what, when or how we can express it out. To me, I realize that there are still many children or people having difficulties in even living.

For me there was a time when by coincidence I saw a girl with a cleft in a department store. I decided to start the conversation with her mom asking about the girl’s condition. After that conversation, that girl together with her dad and her brother eventually received free surgeries from Operation Smile.

It only took a few moments of my time to decide to reach out and in those moments a family lives were changed, forever.

Because of moment like this, that inspire me to keep on contributing to the society.
